"DO NOT buy a car from them at all costs. Bought a brand new 2024 MDX back in April and already had lights showing. We texted the salesman the first photo and he told us we could bring it to any Acura and they’ll take care of it. So we took it to one closer to home in which they ran it and told us we had to bring it back to the original dealer since they installed the heated steering. Brought it back to Elite which they were able to get us into a loaner for the day and fix this issue. They said it was because whomever installing the heated steering the wires were loose. Got it back and within a week or so now the SRS lights go on. Once again texted the salesman and he said the same thing. But this time we didn’t bring it to another dealer because we didn’t want to keep running around. We brought it straight out to Elite and the service representative made an appointment for us to drop it off and said it would take about a week. We told her we could drop it off on a Monday but wouldn’t be able to return the loaner back until the following Tuesday due to my wife’s work schedule and I was going into surgery. She said that’s fine Tuesday is fine. So come the Monday we had an appointment for 11am and they weren’t able to get us into a loaner until 2pm. We had to stick around the area to wait. This is with an appointment I remind you. Now come Wednesday they call us telling us our car is done and they’re short on loaners so we had to get the loaner back by end of the next day which is Thursday. I explained that we agreed to Tuesday and the girl said she doesn’t recall saying that. I even implemented that when I dropped off the car Monday I did remind the gentleman who helped us that we couldn’t come back until Tuesday and he also said that was ok. We live over an hour away and now I have to go return their loaner even though I just had surgery and I’m risking myself to fix a mess up that they made. I been trying to call and speak to a manager all morning and can’t get a hold of anyone. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. NEVER buy a car from Elite Acura."

The technician even found an issue that I wasn’t aware of and it was covered by the warranty! I truly felt that all the employees at Elite Acura truly care and take great pride in customer service! "DO NOT BUY ANY CARS ESPECIALLY USED CARS FROM HERE. I’m usually not the one to give reviews but this is a must. Pre-owned certified car- if any issues arises with the engine they do not give you a new engine, they give you old used engine. Don’t let them fool you. Bought a 2017 Acura ILX pre-owned. Started showing issues at 40,000 miles. Had me running back & forth to do oil consumption tests. Then finally gave me a “new” engine but it was an old engine. At 80,000 miles. Then the engine consumed all the oil within 1,000 miles, again received another faulty engine. AT 98,000 miles. Drove it for 5,000 miles did a bunch of oil consumption tests again same problem. They had my car sitting in their lot for about 1 month “fixed” pick it up drove it for one day no more than 40 miles. Engine blew up in the middle of the highway. Communication is horrible no one is reachable. Now I’m stuck in the middle of 295 with a broken car. Spend extra couple bucks and go somewhere else. DO NOT BUY CARS FROM HERE."
