In June 2020 I got a car from this dealer call EGR also known as Americans and Foreign auto sale. they should call them self Americans and foreign auto salvage, after waiting for the title for months they told me to go to the DMV I shouldn’t have no problem getting my car registered and after trying three times the DMV told me that the vin number of this car is not in their system and to bring the car back to the dealer. I try to get my money back from them and they refused to refund me my money so hired an attorney and then they agreed to refund me my money before I took them to court.sorry Rachel that they scam you too."
"This place is terrible. Buyer beware. After owning this vehicle since August, I have been able to drive it 1 month. Was given the run around for weeks on my title, which came well after temp tags expired, forcing car to sit for weeks. Was told passing PA inspection was "garunteed". Salesman even wrote on sales paperwork that they would cover costs of repairs needed to pass inspection and emission. FOUR WEEKS AGO, my car fails inspection and they are refusing to honor their contract "garuntee"! Completely unprofessional, will not answer phone or return calls. I am now having to take legal action just so they will pay for repairs so i can drive my car again. As a single mom trying to work during a pandemic, this is killing my household and they dont seem to care. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!"
