Reviews
"A great trail for the whole family. We parked in the lot off 513 on Father's Day and boy, was it busy. We headed north to the bridge over the water then back south to Califon for lunch and the playground. After a quick dip in the North Branch at the Island Park we headed north again to our car. A very nice day overall especially since we were blessed with great weather."
"Great place to access the middle section of the trail heading either north or south. Parking lot is small and can only fit about 8 cars. Heading north from here the Central Railroad of New Jersey had a large bridge over the South Branch about a mile from the lot."
"They dropped peastone on the trail. It was like cycling through sand. Not a pleasant ride. I watched parents struggling to push a carriage through the pea stone and someone with a walker turned around."
"We had a wonderful ride and enjoyed a cup of coffee at the Coffee Potter along the trail. We are beginners and this trail was perfect for us!"
"is a beautiful spot for biking or hiking. a lot of miles, beautiful views. The only negative opinion is that you do not find bathrooms and it is a long trail, to make it complete without services."
