"I had a very good experience, the reps working there are very friendly and Dylan at front counter was very pleasant and every interaction I could tell how much he cares about his job. He treat every customer the same and is very transparent about pricing - no hidden fees and no surprises. Car was also in great shape, great on gas, and got me around everywhere I needed to! 50 miles per day is generous for the price of the rental, I used the weekly service rental and it fit perfectly with my lifestyle and budget. I recommend to everybody. they are very flexible with payment options, and offer to do work on the car if needed. Dylan replaced my oil filter in a jiffy. he made a call and 20 mins later the filter was replaced and the oil was replaced. He even offered to adjust the bearing after I was driving the car for several weeks developing wear and tear. I used the small size economony vehicle and it was roomy and ran well."

"Needed a rental while car was being repaired. Called and got a car within an hour. Gave us an upgrade at same price until the less expensive one was ready. Dylan took great care of me and was super helpful and friendly. I love that it's a father and son run shop! The decor is retro and cool with tons of old license plates and car memorabilia covering the walls. Highly recommend this place!"

"I needed to rent a minivan asap, and Bargain Rent-A-Car was the only place open until after 1:00 when other places were closed or not open at all on Saturdays. Dylan was helpful and welcoming on the phone and even more so in-person. He explained the contract in easy to understand terms and answered all of my questions. I was able to use my debit card, unlike other places that require a credit card, which I appreciated. The minivan had a bit of wear and tear but was clean and met all my needs. Dylan even folded the seats down since I said I would need a lot of cargo space-great customer service! I will definitely recommend and use this business again for their rates, reliability, and customer service."
