"Do not buy from here. Purchased a 2014 ram 1500, back in July 6th 2024, engine started making some nasty noises after only 3 days of driving. Less than 200 miles. I had called and spoke to Steeve who “diagnosed it over the phone” said to bring it back down and they’ll do rockers and send me on my way… but if the truck broke down on the way that I’m responsible for the tow. But if the shop found something they would not remediate the situation only if I brought the truck to them. I refused and brought it to a reputable shop near me. Come to find out. It’s got a bad engine. Failed lifter, worn cam shaft and sent metal all through the engine causing the bearings to fail.. now here it is 2 months later and I still don’t have the vehicle I purchased. I tried to speak with them to be reimbursed for time/money loss and making payments on a vehicle that I can’t even drive! I was quickly ignored. ON TOP OF ALL THIS. THEY REFUSE TO SEND ME MY LICENSE PLATES. after spending 20k with them and the engine failing you’d think they would do somthing for me. Nope. I get ignored on every text/call I give. Word of advice. Do not shop with these people as they are scam artists. Want your money and don’t stand behind their business. It’s unfortunate but I will never be sending anyone or be using these people ever again my whole experience with this company sucked."

"I was shopping around to purchase a vehicle and came upon this dealership on Google, which had great reviews, so I decided to visit. Upon my visit, feeling nervous, I noticed a gentleman standing in the lot so I inqiured if he had done business with this dealership and he gave Century high praises to the company and also referred me to do business with Alex. I introduced myself to Alex and informed him that he came highly recommended. I scheduled an appointment with Alex for the following day (in hopes of purchasing a car) but when I went back to dealership the next day I was greeted by another salesman Big Mike who informed me that I was passed along to him by Alex due to he would not be in, now I'm confused because the night prior Alex texted me confirming our appt. and to not show up, in my opinion is not good customer service and Im not discrediting Big Mike and his ability to do a good job in assisting me with a purchase but I'm already nervous about the car buying process and to be passed along to another person without contacting me to inform me of your absence and allowing me that option to work with someone else or reschedule with Alex again as I stated is not good customer service so unfortunately I decided not to do business with Century but wish them continued success."

"Bought this VW Jetta on 4/23/2024 with Alex. This was for my son’s first car, as he wanted something smaller than my Pathfinder. This car drives smooth on the highway and my son absolutely loves it. It’s been a week, no random lights have popped up and it’s been about a week of daily driving (kept hearing of other local dealerships doing something with the battery then once home cars lit up like a Christmas tree). I would highly recommend the Century Auto to get a vehicle. There was no pressure from the salesman, Alex. He worked with us changing our minds a million times and asking a bunch of questions. Alex was patient and was super easy to work with with. This was a big factor in our buying from Century, as other places have been extra pushy when even looking at a car. The transition was smooth and seamless. Couldn’t have asked for a better car or place for his first car! We will be back in the future!"
