"On May 8th my car insurance company set up for me to get a rental. I called this enterprise location and the gentleman I delt with was a little impatient. I asked questions about the rental and the process. Maybe he was annoyed but that's his job to make sure this transition is as smooth as possible. I told him I would be at the Rocco's between 730 and 740am the next day. I asked what time his office opens and he said 730 I said great. He said well ill put you in for 8am? I said I'll be there between 730 and 740. The next day the representative from the collision place called enterprise about 740am to advise I was there and ready for pick up. He was very rude to her and complained they just opened. He arrived about 804 am. When he came I asked why he came so late if they opened at 730am. If your business opens at 730 I expected business at 730. He advised he spoke to me the day before and his energy and attitude was elevated. As we walked in the building he let the door shut on me. I did tell him about it and he never apologized. I asked was he the manger and he said no. I tried to release the tension and asked questions about his job and he stayed with this negative disposition. I did let him know that. I asked about my addressed and personal information being shared and he was frustrated. The car was dirty inside. The back had hair and the whole interior needed to be vacuumed and wiped down. The trunk had white dirt rings in it. It's already bad enough that my car was involved in a hit and run but this customer service made it worse. I did let my insurance carrier know what took place also. Enterprise this is beyond horrible customer service and I will never rent from your company again. Also reached out to Trot Speller via email after he promised me a rental and he blocked me. Great customer service. Never will I rent and no else should also. Your customer service is trash!"

"By far the worst place to rent a vehicle. The rental manager is the rudest manager I ever had to deal with. He also makes accusations that are not true. Then keeps changing up the rental agreement to his satisfaction. Definitely will not use Enterprise again.Good thing there is budget. I would go with a budget 100%."
