"I would give no stars. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!.. I purchased A 2006 chrysler pacifica on August 7, 2023. which is trash (Lemon) on the second day which was the 8th I informed them the Owner that I was Experiencing problems with the car. No Emergency break, Motor was not mounted, transmission was not mounted. Engine light came on,,on the 5th day. I called went to the shop more then one Occasion. I went to the shop waited 3 1/2 for no to work on my car, they have no mechanics and the people they are using to work on cars aren't License mechanics. I still don't have any Emergency break they put a hole in my exhaust from them putting a new Catless converter which I paid for! I informed the owner that I wasn't happy with the car and ask that they fix it or return my money he told me that he wasn't giving me a damn thing.. smdh I have put out over a 1k for Brakes and rotors, catalyst converter and more and that just was in the first two weeks of having this car... I promise you That all of the other comments that have more than one star is a lie... DON'T DO IT JUST DON'T....BBB here I come."

"Do not deal with these people. I had the worst experience of my life dealing with them. It was bad enough that I’m going through a divorce and dealing with the pandemic and job loss because I’m a school bus driver, so if the schools are not open then I don’t get paid. I got a car from them trusting them because I always dealt with the mechanic there but buying a car from them was a totally different story. I bought a 2013 GMC Terrain, and less than a month later it conked out on me in the middle of the night in Cherry Hill. First, it was thought to have powertrain issues and it turned out the motor was blown completely so I was sold a lemon. The owner, Ed, seem to be nice at first and then he changed when I was unsatisfied but it wasn’t my fault I was unhappy. I had a right to be bc I was sold a no good vehicle. His wife told me to lie to the bank (Westlake Financial whom they deal with) and say I wanted a 10 to 15 day payout, but not to tell them the vehicle doesn’t work. There’s so much more to tell, but they are crooked. Don’t trust them! I am about to call Westlake Financial Bank and play the recording that I have because they do not need to do business with this company anymore."
