"I purchased a convertible in late April and I must say I am more than a little disappointed in the experience. I fully admit that there was a known issue with the convertible top on the vehicle however I feel that the severity of the issue was severely downplayed. When I called and inquired about the car I was told the convertible top was working until the detailer kid did something and they didn't know how to fix it. When I came and looked at the car in person, I again asked if they had seen the roof working and was assured yes. After having the car looked at by the Volvo dealership, I was presented with a quote of over 9K to repair due to a bent frame on the top. Furthermore at purchase, since the roof was malfunctioning and an alarm was going off, the car could not be driven off the lot to a repair facility. After being told that they would provide transportation, they asked me to use my AAA so they didn't have to pay a tow truck. I don't have AAA so that wasn't an option but felt it was bad taste to ask. I also brought up the fact that some of the options were not accurate as listed in the ad. (Specifically listed heated seats however it was not an option on the car) Dimitri agreed to include a set of brake pads with the car for the inaccuracy when it was shipped however they were not sent with the vehicle. The icing on the cake for me was that when I texted him to tell him that the top was not fixable (more that the car was worth), there was absolutely no response other than the read receipt."

"Worked with Dmitry who helped get me into my now new 2014 VW Touareg. He was very helpful throughout the process by letting me test drive and perform a PPI on the vehicle. The mechanic performing the PPI confirmed the car was in excellent condition given the age and mileage (80,000) and the transaction was very smooth. I am extremely happy with my purchase and customer experience. Speedy Auto has quality cars and Dmitry does a great job working with his customers and making sure they are satisfied."
