Michael's Car Rentals

"Harassing, rude, unpunctual and disrespectful host. Horrible communication and being given the car 45 minutes late past the pick-up time. I rented via Turo. This is my first time writing a review as I feel compelled to share the lack of respect and care from the host. Pick-up time was 8AM and I arrived a few minutes early. When it was past 8AM, I didn't hear anything from the host. Rather, I see him taking the car for a carwash across him me. Again, no contact. When I finally saw him around 8:10, he was assisting another customer during my pick-up and said he would be right with me. Right after that, he completely disappeared into the abyss and didn't return till 30 minutes later. Upon finally arriving, I expressed I would have appreciated if he could have communicated that he would be long and not arriving at 8AM. As soon as I expressed this, I was met with utter disregard and disrespect towards my time and money. He was completely rude, condescending and disrespectful during our interaction and did not want to be held accountable for his lack of communication and punctuality. He did not seem apologetic and even had the audacity to call me "unappreciative" to deflect from his own actions. I missed an event at 9AM because of him. If he was unable to do the booking, then please communicate that. I would have happily booked elsewhere. He was not present at the time of drop-off. When I posted this review on Turo, Michael harassed me continuously by sending me inappropriate messages attempting to insult and belittle me. He also fabricated his response to my review in retaliation. I had to report him several times to Turo Support. Executive Support stepped in. Beware of hosts like this to save your valuable time and money."

"Does not know how to speak to customers listen to other reviews, Turo is the reason this man has a car shop so you would think that he would treat his customers with respect but he did not. I always have better experiences renting for single car owners do not go to him."

"Don't ever come to this store to rent a car, this store I would say is that first not only does the front desk have a bad attitude, you can read other people's reviews, this is definitely not slanderous, this front desk is talking to you with a very aggressive attitude that will ruin your day, trust me, don't come to this rental car. Secondly, you will get a broken car and then they will ask you to pay for the repair, so you will have to pay for something you didn't do, which is outrageous, this is a real shady store and they will find a way to take every penny out of your wallet. So if you have any sense, trust me and stay away from this store!"

"Horrible customer service! HORRIBLE BUSINESS. Michael's should be called Karen's. The manager of this business showed up late to the car rental. It looked closed and he didn't answer any calls. Once he showed he didn't greet me and one of the first things he said was for me to "speak proper English" as he was holding my id to check me into the vehicle. He then called the police after I cussed him out for sayin that. Outside of that, the check out process is extremely long."

"This place is awesome!!! NO HASSLE LIKE ENTERPRISE RENT A CAR..If you need a car and you are a legal driver with money in your account your good to go..it was easy to sign up, nice cars from economy to fancy, great prices , clear explanation of those prices and no BS like the other companies. The guys( and lady) were friendly and accomodating. I booked on wrong day in error and they let me rent what was there until my reservation was ready the next day. And unlike ENTERPRISE the car you picked is the ACTUAL car. I will definitely be using them this summer for our vaca or when car breaks down again."
