"I would’ve loved to leave a positive review but their customer service won’t allow it. You are better off going to the DMV yourself and getting your license plates then paying them to do it which I insisted on doing but was persuaded not to. I bought a car from G Motors over a month and half ago and still have not received them. The temporary plates expired July 6 and I called a few day prior asking when I could expect them and learned that they hadn’t even made them! They said they were missing my social security number…… a crucial detail they needed but had been sitting on for a whole month without any attempt to get in contact with me. I wondered how they would’ve (or wouldn’t have) went about this hadn’t I called. I asked them if I could get another temporary license plate in the meantime and they rushed to say that that won’t be necessary as there is a 10/12 day grace period after the expiration date (I was told 10 days the first call and 12 days the second call). Here I am 13 days after the expiration date with no license plates. It’s false promise after false promise on when I could expect them: first it was July 6 or 8 then July 16 or 17. I called today and was told “I’m not a mailing service” wow no way! I wish you would’ve remembered that when you gave estimates on when I could expect them then. Tip: just be honest, direct, and communicate that way you can at least have credibility and respect and avoid further dissatisfaction."

"Truck had alot of rust and dents also no spare tire. The manifold was filled with putty to cover the exhaust leak and front brakes where seized. I paid $1000 for a useless warranty. Won't buy another used car ever. Not worth buying used cars because dealers are not going to tell the truth."

"Avoid G MOTORS - Nightmarish Service! I recently purchased a car (2011 Volvo xc 60) from G MOTORS on March 16 2024. with the understanding that a specific issue would be fixed before finalizing the sale (a squeaky sound on the suspension). We agreed on this before i signed the papers however, after the purchase, they gave me the runaround for two months. They scheduled appointments at two different locations, both over an hour away from me, wasting significant time and gas. Despite my efforts, the issue remained unaddressed. To make matters worse, the manager was incredibly rude and disrespectful. They offered a sarcastic apology, essentially telling me it was worthless (im sorry, my apologies and do whatever you want with that). Overall, [G MOTORS] seems more interested in making a sale than customer satisfaction. They are happy to "sell you dreams" but don't follow through on their promises. "I just bought a car not even 30 days I took to mechanic it’s under warranty and mechanic said this car should never been sold to me the frame is so rotted out it’s about to snap in half only being held by a little piece and I called the dealer hash he told me what do u expect u only spend over 6 grand on a car he’s a total jerk I asked to speak to owner all day not a single call back I wouldn’t recommend buying a car from there unless u can get a dealer to look at car top n bottom first make sure it’s ok to buy if u can’t do it it’s not worth the risk my opinion get an honest mechanic who can look at car top and bottom before consider buying n I regret that I didn’t n even my mechanic said they should have never sold me this bc that’s how bad the frame is and now I’ve been waiting her almost half hour they have people sitting in and out of cars looking at me but nobody can hand me my tags since they won’t even help me or assist me in getting a different car this place is a total joke and completely unprofessional"
