"This propane gas company falls short of expectations in terms of service and pricing. If you're running low on gas and schedule a delivery, be prepared to wait a week before receiving it. Alternatively, if you need it sooner, they'll hit you with a hefty $255 charge. It's baffling, considering their prices aren't competitive or discounted. While I comprehend the occasional logistical challenges, the steep fee for expedited service seems unjustified. Waiting a few days for delivery is one thing, but a full week is unacceptable. Not only does it disappoint in their service and pricing but also in their lack of customer care. They don't even work with their customers to find reasonable solutions. It's frustrating to encounter such inflexibility and disregard for customer satisfaction. Shop around, there's got to be something better out there. I am in Harmony township."

"Kait and the team at Suburban Prooane were excellent. Have a health situation in family that required immediate help. She dispatched a driver asap who was very professional. Checked the tanks for leaks and then had propane delivered the next business day. I never like to knock other places. Amerigas had no interest in assisting one of their own customers. There were numerous issues with them. Couldn’t get someone on phone for an hour at a time. Kait picked up phone and answered emails right away. They went above and beyond for my sister. "Every time I deal with this company I get more and more upset. They have no clue what they are doing. Robbing us blind. Set up a payment plan with this company months ago at $155 and all of a sudden it jumps to 190 and no one can give me an answer. So unhelpful. I'm removing these tanks and going with anyone else. It's not worth the frustration of dealing with incompetent people."

"I was a customer for 4 years. never knew about the different pricing for propane for tank rental vs owning your own tank. At $5.39 a gallon this year I started researching and realized that propane is currently $2.35 a gallon! You guys are at 3.99 a gallon if you own your tanks! that's over $1.50 difference! I went with Region oil and they have no rental fees, there straight forward, honest, and consistent. I hope all of your customers see this! Do some research and save money just like me by switching."
