"Spent a little bit of time over a week contacting dealers in the area about a Jeep Wagoneer. Route 130 was the only one that immediately was competitive on pricing. They gave me a fair deal for my trade site unseen and then bumped the trade value once they saw it. I worked the entire detail through email with John who was patient and knowledgeable. They readied the vehicle in 2 hours and when I went in, I looked at the vehicle, they valued my trade, I signed paperwork with finance, they covered the car features with me and I was out the door in 1 hour. It was a phenomenal experience. They valued my time and my business. They didn't nickel and dime me. I didn't spend hours in the dealership wasting a whole day. They created a curated experience for me and got me the car I was looking for at the price I could afford. "I purchased my 2021 Ram at the dealership in October 2023 from this dealership. The salesman’s was fine and did a good job. As of today my truck has 22K miles on it and in need of a new transmission. I brought the truck in to the dealership on Aug 1 for the needed repair. It had already been determined by this dealership that a new trans was needed. I was told that as soon as Ram received the proper paperwork they would begin repairs and at that time I could receive a loaner car from Rt 130 Chrysler Jeep. I stopped in to the dealership to see how things were progressing and no one was able to tell me anything on the status of my claim for repair or information about my loaner car. Monday I called and left a message with someone in maintenance to tell Erica my contact person in maintenance. I received no call back. Today August 6, I called their maintenance shop and asked for Erica to give me a call to let me know how things are progressing. He told me she was on another call and he will give Erica the message. No call back from her or anyone else from the dealership. Tomorrow will be six days since I dropped off my 2021 RAM truck and have no idea when it may be repaired. Also I will have been without a vehicle for 6 days and no loaner vehicle on the horizon. My mistake was purchasing the vehicle at this dealership. Buyer beware is what comes to my mind at this time. My 3.5 K local FB friends mat be interested in my experience here at Rt 130 Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram."
