"Toll free Customer Service is terrible!!! I've been told for 6+ years they will locate in NW Arkansas, but to no avail, even though they have financial planning & mortgage buildings here. They do not give all facts. I've had a prepaid card as well for over 1 1/2 years, but they still have not issued me a non-secured card. They also tell me it will take up to 3 months for them to give me back my collateral even though they took it in 5 seconds! I also recently wired money to keep from an overdraft, but customer service Rep gave me wrong information for the routing numbers."
