"Had a great buying experience at Honda of Princeton. We’ve been test driving vehicles for the last couple month to help make a decision on our new family vehicle. We ultimately chose a Honda pilot trail sport over a used Tahoe/yukon and couldn’t be happier. We called around looking for a specific color and Carlos the sales manager had one in stock and held it for us till the weekend since we were coming from over 100 miles away. When we showed up it was very busy. However, The receptionist quickly got my wife and I over to Carlos who was very hospitable and got us a salesman, Brian Perez, to get our paper work started. Both Carlos and Brian got us situated and got our trade in appraised and paper work started surprisingly quick for as busy as it was. Their openness and honesty made working the deal so much more comfortable and non confrontational than any other car purchase I’ve experienced. Once we all came to an agreement we were sent to finance and where Rich handled all the legal paper work and running payment numbers. He was very personable and helped us stay within the payment we wanted all while keeping us entertained with talking about personal life which was refreshing. A lot of places can feel like their employees are robots, but not here. Would definitely recommend doing business with them."
