"Leaving this review that my rental service is completed. The service from beginning to end has been outstanding.. On our initial visit we were assisted by Tyler. Due to the upcoming road trip we requested to have a van instead of a compact car. This was escalated to nearby Vicky who said it would be her pleasure to assist. This was a sigh of relief because it made our travel plans better. We had a new Pacifica that was clean and full with gas. Drove well. Upon return , Pat assisted and fought through the A/C not working in the office with getting our return started quickly. We went through the check out and he provided updates on my reimbursement. Great job enterprise."

"Pick up wasn’t as promised and was told there was no guarantee for pick up after been told I would be pick up .was told I had to come to the shop to pick up the car and was informed until pick up time. Manager told be to go to a different rental company but it was to late to change or I would have changed . The vehicle I was given smelled like smoke. I will not be using Enterprise again for any reason!"
