"VERY disappointed!! Was NOT given all of the needed pieces for the tool I rented and twenty minutes from their location. Once I got the tool put together, I then discovered the tool had been damaged so that most every time I would ease up on the throttle, the throttle cable would pop off. So I was frequently having to reconnect the cable. Utter frustration I gave up using this tool after two hours. once I returned it I was given "20% off" ($20 back, woot, woot) my daily rental fee!! NEVER AGAIN Home Depot!!!"
