"I just witnessed the dismal customer service at this..ahem…establishment. My mother had just been dealing with funeral fraud and she went in to clear up any issues and put her mind at ease. The person who I’m guessing was the manager, some woman with long streaky bronde hair, just snapped at her in a nasally voice to call the 800 number. Since when does being abrupt in a snotty tone of voice equal professionalism? At a time when she could have used a little compassion and a human touch, all she got was snippy dismissiveness…and while I would certainly usually rather deal with an actual human, someone like that might as well be replaced by a robot. They at least speak in a kindly tone. 10 out of 10 do not recommend!"

"One person who I assume is the manager and three tellers. Unable to open or assist in managing accounts for walk ins. You have to sign up to be notified when an appointment is available."

"Only one branch open in this large town. Usually only two teller windows open. This mean very long lines inside. Staff never addresses the Long line issue. At this ONLY branch, the drive through ATM has been closed, not working or out of money OFTEN during the past year! Should have MUCH better service like in the past."

"Wow is all I can say!!! These people deserve a bigger bank at a bigger location... because of the volume of people that they serve in one day at one time! I came only to cash a check written from family from out of town and was amazed at the lines full of cars!! They were great!!"
