A reliable car and I had one small problem and Joe stepped right up and fixed it right away. "We bought a car back in 2020 from this dealership. We paid 20K for the vehicle only to leave with the vehicle and notice major issues a few days later. The cars bumper fell off and there were major issues with the alignment. I originally posted a review and had someone from the dealership reach out hoping to remedy the situation, I was adamant about trying to get fully reimbursed and return the vehicle. However, my husband agreed to returning the vehicle to the dealership as they requested to perform the repairs themselves. I had major doubts as obviously they have absolutely zero integrity. We take the car to the dealership and he literally glued the bumper back on. A year later the bumper falls off again. With the many problems we had with this vehicle, from cosmetic, electrical, and mechanical we decided to sell the car. I called “ Big Joe” to ask if he would once again quickly glue the bumper, he replied “ nothing in America is free” but I guess me giving him 20k is “free”. He then proceeded to say he sold the dealership and no longer cared if I posted a bad review. He later returned our call and said we can make a claim with the insurance and fix it at his shop. So again, he wanted to cheat me out of more money but didn’t want to fix it the proper way in the beginning after taking 20K . The guy and this shop has zero integrity and absolutely terrible customer service. Please do not buy any vehicle from the dealership. You will regret it."

"Sales people were great and acted professional, the buying experience was awesome no complaints there. One thing was the 2014 explorer was in real bad shape, and I don't mean cosmetic wise. Car had numerous issues, mechanically. I reached out to them and they were on top of it right away, went out of the way to help me get the issues taken care of, or so I thought. Codes were just getting erased by there service mechanic. Fast forward to now, I been paying for issues to get fixed, the initial problem was never taken care of so I had to pay to get that fixed. A car I bought in April has given me nothing but problems since day one. I don't think they are bad people, so it's not personal, but I def have not had a great experience with them, maybe others have but this is my personal experience."
