"I hate to leave a 3-star review, but I have to. The employee who helped me out every time I came in, Megan, was FANTASTIC. She went above and beyond to help explain things to me and walk me through the process. I was also beyond grateful for her flexibility. However, since the rental return, I've been trying to reach out to the branch concerning a parking ticket I received with the rental as I tried to pay it, but the PPA website won't let me. No one will answer and customer service is terrible"
