"Beautiful and clean building. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. During my interview I met with the DON. She was knowledgeable and helpful with information of the facility and hiring process. She was very easy to talk to and provided contact information for any further questions."

"Such a bright sunny facility for rehab. Food was nourishing but bland Update: Owner had cook come up and inquire with our family member about food preferences, which was appreciated. Less salt in preparation of soups in particular was noted. Overall, a very caring staff."
"Nurses and Cna's work their butts off. Despite getting the last rooms in the Villa's occupied, the nursing staff is NOT getting any extra help to help with the increased work load. This is not only not fair to the staff , but the residents will also suffer from the extra time allowed for the new residents that moved in. Bottom line is, treat your staff right, and give them the help they need. You can't cut the budget where it is needed the most. This is a care facility , so care is the most important part of the facility. Also, the meals need to be cooked and prepared the correct way so the residents will enjoy eating them. When Brian left, that's when the quality of food went downhill. Improve on those 2 things, and then maybe you will get 5 stars."
