When we purchased our car we were promised they would throw in floor mats. Here we are 3 months later. We received a lot of lame excuses including our salesman being promoted shortly after we bought the car and it was overlooked and will be taken care of to "our system was down for 2 weeks and we couldn't order them." I called several times looking for a status and sent several emails. Every time it was looked into and will be taken care of. I was even told by the newly promoted salesman Mike that they came in on Friday July 16th and he was going to personally put them in the mail Monday morning and here I am still with no floor mats on August 4th. Mind you we bought the car in May. Fred Beans begged me for a positive review days after our purchase and once that was completed we were given nothing but excuses and run arounds on an item that was promised. If they promise you something with your purchase get it before you leave otherwise you will never see it."
