"Poor customer service!!! I have been purchasing oil from this company for 4 years, but this last time I purchased oil I received a phone call accusing me of underpayment. Then when I provided proof of what I was quoted, I was then told the error was made by me because I apparently don't know my address. However the request illustrates my correct address and they somehow delivered oil to the right house. Needless to say I will not be using them again and I will not be recommending them to anyone else."

"We had our tank removed from our old provider by Fairclough and they installed their tank today. We are very impressed with their work. They treated our home like their own and did such a great job at getting our yard back in order. We were expecting the yard to be left in disarray and that definitely was not the case. "Very good service after the initial hump of becoming a customer who owns the tanks (I had to send them my proof of ownership several times). They have very good delivery people and they have are very good prices. Never had a bad delivery experience. Timely delivery and you only pay for what you get, and not the Kansas city shuffle that some companies pull."

"I wish I knew who I spoke with, because she was absolutely lovely. Called them for the first time. The lady I spoke with asked me a few questions, and said they would be there for the delivery the next day. She did not try to push me into pre-scheduled deliveries or anything. It was a very quick and easy scheduling. I did not even ask about the prices and was very pleasantly surprised by how reasonable and actually great they were when I received the invoice. Thank you all so much! I will definitely be back and will recommend your services!!!"

"I am a new customer, had tanks installed-I have dealt with 5 of their employees, all very professional, nice and efficient. Quick to respond to inquires and a pleasure to deal with. Only suggestion is their website is antiquated. Doesn't reflect the level of professionalism that I have experienced. Also they don't offer automatic echeck payment which almost every company does. Your website is not a good reflection of your company."
