My son was very nervous about the procedure, but after meeting Dr. Fedeli at his first consultation, he was much less worried about having it done. Dr. Fedeli answered all of our questions and also spoke directly to my son and gave him the opportunity to ask questions. "I called this office as a first time patient and explained to the girl I needed to be evaluated for possible TMJ. I was informed I couldn't make an appointment until I filled out paperwork and that was reviewed by the doctor. If he felt I was an appropriate patient he would see me. It took 5 days, me calling every other day, for them to call me back and tell me they wouldn't see me because he only sees TMJ patients that need surgery and not someone needing an initial diagnosis/evaluation. I waited in horrible pain for 5 days waiting to hear that response. The person that initially took my call could have easily explained he only sees surgical candidates. If she didn't know, shame on him for not making that clear to those taking calls for appointments. A week in pain and delay in treatment was all I got from trying to see this doctor. Definitely won't go here even if I need surgery considering this experience."
