"This may be a long review. To say I'm upset and angry with this dealership would be an understatement. Fair warning to anyone who gets their car serviced here as they hire and protect theives. My family has purchased 4 cars from their dealerships. They had earned my trust. That trust is now gone. I recently went there for 4 new tires, and oil change and a front wheel alignment. The day before I dropped off the car my son and I did alot of running around doing chores. Along the way we stopped at a liquor store where my son purchased a bottle of vodka and he seat belted it in the back seat. We continued to do our running and forgot about the bottle in the car. After I dropped off the car we realized that we had never taken the bottle out of the back seat. We laughed about it said we'd get it when we got the car back. My car ended up being there from Friday night to Monday afternoon. I got a ride from someone who dropped me off at the dealership to pick up my car. I ran in, paid and ran out quickly as I had to pick up my son at work. When he got in the car he noticed that the bottle of vodka was missing. I called the dealership when we got home and said I appreciated them fixing my car but did not appreciate that someone stole something from my car. The person I spoke to said they would have the shop manager get back to me. When he called me back he accused me of lying and was very arrogant and, unprofessional. He said "well it's your word against ours" "I don't believe any of my guys would steal as I pay them well". I said "well, I just spent $1000 in your shop and someone did in fact steal from me". He replied "I can't believe we're having this argument over a cheap bottle of vodka " and "I have $20 with your sons name on it, come get it". I told him I'd call him when I was coming. After thinking about it I decided not to collect the money as he was obviously just trying to pay me off and buy my silence. After buying 4 cars from this dealership and spending well over $100,000 not just on cars but maintenance and repairs, they just lost my business."

"Update below On October 26th 2020 I purchased a used 2016 Kia Sportage from here and they were very fair and nice people. Maria let me take the vehicle for a test drive and it handled great and I could tell they just put brand new brakes on the car. I just wanted to thank Maria for being an all star sales rep, very down to earth and no pressure at all she was fantastic. Mike also was really nice and unlike other places I was able to make my purchase quick and no pressure it took about 30-45 mins that’s including the test drive and they detailed the car for me and I was already driving back home. I still need to get the car inspected in PA, but I feel it will have zero problems as the car was very well maintained and had exceptional service records. Overall I would say my experience was a very good experience and I will be coming back. Three great things about Maria and Mike were that they were professional, easy to work with, and very kind.
