"I did enjoyed the front desk kindness and willingness to reschedule my wisdom tooth removal around my schedule. Thank you. I am dissatisfied with the extraction of my impacted wisdom tooth by Dr. Yoo that’s resulted in TMJ clicking and dysfunction due to prolonged stress on my jaw and it remaining open too long. I have called to be re- evaluated but it’s impossible to see him with his schedule. Very dissatisfied and now have to pay for PT out of pocket to help me manage the pain along the muscles and jaw locking clicking daily."

"As a new walk-in patient, i was happy they accepted me and my daughter. The front office staff were very helpful, kind, and understanding. I received professionalism up until my daughter needed tooth extractions by Dr. Yoo. I have never in my lifetime experience the disrespect and unprofessional behavior by the oral surgeon. My daughter and I were greeted by him, and then I explained that she's only getting two teeth extracted. His demeanor changed towards me. He told me to get out of his chair and stand near the door and that he doesn't allow parents in the room with their child who's very nervous. I told my daughter to be strong, and he said, "You can take her somewhere else." I left the room, and he angrily came out 20 seconds later, with the paperwork balled up in his hands, shoved it to the assistant, and said I'm not working on her (my daughter). Left my daughter in the room with her mouth incomplete. My daughter came out upset. So now I have to find another dentist to complete her dental work. Dr Yoo very unprofessional."
