"Be wary of using this company. I strongly advise against it. They charged my card a week after the initial charge for what I had signed up for. Now, I have to call them again and fight to get my money back. I've already wasted over three hours on the phone with these people. They are the worst—completely messed everything up and overcharged me. They even called me, thinking I had returned the car in Florida when I hadn't. It's unbelievable that they're still in business with such terrible customer service. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this company at all costs."
"If I could leave one start I would. They were nothing but a headache and messed things up over and over. Tried to over charge me and then when I called back to get it fixed they put me on hold three times for over 15 minutes only to hang up on me. BEWARE!"
"I went online to rent a car Wednesday for a four day trip. I received an email with my quote and the time I planned to pick up my vehicle. I get to this location and it’s locked with a sign to call a number for assistance. Thankfully I was able to get someone on the phone and they just then informed me I would need a few things to prove my identity (utility bill with my name and address). That was great! I appreciate the thoroughness. Then I get a call back and voicemail stating there’s an additional $300 deposit fee that would be taken out immediately and returned upon vehicle return along with payment (which was about $300 for my rental). This was not mentioned in the initial phone call or email confirmation. Once someone finally arrived, 40 minutes past my appointment time they also let me know split payments are not an option. Had I been disclosed all this useful information in an email or phone call prior to physically being there, I would have been able to get those affairs in order. I was told this information is on the enterprise website. Their hours of operation are also on there and the establishment was locked with no one there. A website can be misleading. The agent assisting me was very standard and just reiterated the information is on the website. She had continued to move the rental agreement forward without notion to my concerns. Not the best customer service. Ultimately I canceled the reservation as I would be making other travel arrangements. I will go the distance to avoid rentals here in the future."

"I wish I could give this location 0 stars. You have a better chance of winning the lottery than getting someone on the phone. Over a month ago my insurance company rented me a car through the Washington location due to an accident. I called and made an appointment, showed up on time, and found the door locked and lights off. The guy showed up 20 minutes later to give me the car. I had the car for a little under a month. I called at least a dozen times trying to figure out when I could drop off the car. I finally got a hold of someone and she said they would be there all day. I showed up an hour later once again to the door locked with no lights. I called the number on the sign repeatedly with no luck reaching someone. I understand not having someone there all the time if you’re not busy but to not forward the calls to someone who will answer at 10 in the morning? Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. So I went around to the side of the building to the “drop box” no sign or anything. It’s a rusty old metal thing that looks nothing like a lock box. I dropped the keys and left after several more attempts to reach someone. This was on March 29th. Today, I get a voicemail calling to close out my rental contract. I call the number back literally 30 seconds after and once again couldn’t get a hold of anyone. Long story short, rent your car from literally any other location than this one. I recommend the Phillipsburg location. I’ve never had a problem there."
