"The work they did for me was very good, what seemed uncomfortable to me was when the colleagues were talking badly to each other, the boy who let me pass made a mistake and the others began to make faces at him in bad taste, it is not professional to do this in front of the customers. Another very uncomfortable action is that they do not answer you, they leave you on hold for up to 10 minutes and they never call you back. This is quite annoying, I have been calling about 6 times now and they always leave me on hold. You want to know a simple answer but no one answers you."
