"Visited the Health House some days ago and I must admit, I knew little about their programs before going there. In any way, now that I experienced red light therapy, bio charger, earthing and sauna I can only say, wow, it was a great experience. Starting at when I entered the house, the welcome was super friendly, staff knowledgable and able to answer any question. I was walked through the entire place and all programs were explained in detail. I started bio charger and finished with the sauna. From start to end, no one rushed me from one program to the next one. It was a super chilled atmosphere. Whenever I met one of the staff, I was asked if everything was ok and offered water. But, I've tried all of them and had noticeable somatic changes. I also did some of my own research and found that there is solid evidence associated with the benefits of these.
