"was at the self serve car wash, first the system wouldn't take cash so I had to use my card, okay minor issue so be it, I noticed when I pulled in a small puddle near the drain, figuring a car had recently pulled out I continued. A few minutes into the was and I notice the puddle is growing, not much I can do now so I finish my wash and go to turn off the machine, wouldn't turn off so I had to go inside and tell the attendant, she tells me I have to push the green button to stop it even though it has a red button that says stop. I also informed her of the drainage issue and her response was oh theyll get to that Monday. I have used Scotty's for years and was extreemly disappointed with what the new ownership has done with the place"
