"If I could give no stars I would. Car comes out dirtier when you wash it there than when you bring it in. Recycled water and cheap soap will do that."

"No one ever answers the phone, I bought a standard car wash and some how the automatic system failed to wash my car. Then I went again to add the code and wash my car. The machine denied my code and I lost my $10 that I had spent to buy the wash. Now for the last 2 days I am trying to get in touch with an actual person to redeem that code. No one is ever here and they don’t answer the phone. Don’t ever go to this wash If I could I would give them a 0 rating rather than 1"

"After the change in ownership, everything must have gone downhill. 2 of the 3 bays actually worked yet neither had soap, tire cleaner, or wax. The card reader has not worked in months so don’t try to come without cash. The spot free rinse option just doesn’t work either. Waste of money when I could have used the hose at home and done the same thing with my own water."

"Very dissatisfied! Don’t waste your money. Sat in line for 30 minutes. Went to dollar store. Realized it wasn’t clean. Went back owner was outside(if I’m not mistaken I think they own pen jerseys). He talked to me like I was an idiot. Did you pull up to far or too back. There’s a light to tell you to back up or pull up and machine won’t start till you do!!!! And had dirt circles on hood. He said how fast did you go through drying part! Really this is my first trip ever to a car wash in the 40 years I been driving!!! He offered for me to wait on long line again so he could put code in!! Please don’t waste your money!!!!!!!"

"This used to be arguably the best car wash in the area. I’m not sure if there was a change in ownership, but it was recently changed to a fully automatic car wash and, in my opinion, it is not for the better. After paying for the mid-tier wash, the sides of the car dried streaky, but ok. Then I looked at the rear of the car and it looked like the brushes barely did anything. Picture attached for proof. Additionally, the air dryers were non-operational when we got this wash. Unless it goes back to how it was before, I will not be going back again."
