"Body Renew is not customer service friendly. The messues there does not appear to apply specific techniques. The massage is subpar and the business demands a minimum tip. The business owners immediately asked me to raise my tip despite the subpar service and quickly let me know they were not happy with the tip. Tips are earned, not entitled"
"My wife and I were in town for only two days and wanted to get a massage during our trip. I called Body Renew the day before we arrived and there was no answer, so I texted the phone number that we wanted to try and get a massage the following day. The next morning I received a text message back asking what time we would like to come, and we picked 6:00pm. I got another text that our appointment had been booked. We showed up at 5:55pm and the experience was fantastic. The two people working were able to give our massages during the 6pm-7pm time, and the experience was better than we expected, for the reasonable price. Both people were clearly experienced and the massage was exactly what we had hoped to find!! I would recommend this place very highly, especially if you want a massage on a regular basis and don't want to break the bank. Great people operating a clean honest business and willing to communicate via text message since they are generally busy. Thanks again, we will be back!!!!!"
"My wife and I decided last minute to get a massage from a new place only bc it was closer to where we are than other places we had been to before. WOW!! Body Renew is amazing. When we got there I asked if we could do a 90min couples massage and they said yes. The massage was really awesome. The foot part was like something I have never felt before.
