"Very unprofessional!! I called and asked for the number to report Fraud, The lady who answered insisted that I tell her WHY I wanted the number. When I told her I was trying to help the little old lady next door, She went right into gossip mode without even knowing if she was gossiping about the right person which I never confirmed or denied. I was shocked at the terrible things she said. I listened and let her finish her rant and hung up still in shock. I told the little old lady what the bank had said and she had no idea what the lady was talking about. I Called to assist neighbors (who have had a huge amount of money taken and been trying to get the money back for months. The Bank would not even give me the number, and said that everything the little old ladies said was "not true", even though I had not stated that they had said anything, and she just continued with her rant saying they had done this and they had done that. If it was not true, then why not give me the number? I tried to get the number to get assistance with the fraud charges for them to be able to call. Why assume it was who she thought it was? Why tell me all these things she had thought they had said or done? Why not just give me the number? Very unprofessional, uncooperative, and unhelpful. If this is what that little old lady has to deal with... how sad."
