"I have called 3 times since last Thursday and left messages for someone to call me back. Left Justin 2 messages last week and the lady that answered said she would put an urgent message to have someone call. Have yet to get a call back!"

"Swerve at ALL costs!!! My sister and I recently opened a savings and checking account with this new branch. They did a hard credit inquiry on my sister's credit without telling us they were going to do so. We called and asked to speak to the manager. He never called back. We called Justin 2 weeks ago and left a message. Magically, he's now called my sister back today. TOO LATE Justin! We didn't get a loan or a line of credit. Just opened an account. The account is specifically to pay for our Father's bills. We've been waiting on checks for 3 weeks only to be told today that they were never ordered. We were never told that they could print starter checks for us that day. We have a ton of his bills to pay and didn't need this hassle. Wow! Zero customer service. We were charged $5 for opening the account. No one told us that either. The account is also not free because we're not using direct deposits. No one told us that information. I wouldn't be shocked at this point if they say they've lost our money. We opened the account on July 2nd and still haven't received any statements or anything from them. You'd be well served to take your business elsewhere. SWERVE AT ALL COSTS!!!! The second we can move this money, it's out of there!!!!! Horrendous customer service!! Wouldn't trust em with my pet goldfish! Take your hard earned money elsewhere! Granted, we as consumers should've asked more questions. However, our father was in the hospital, and we were a bit distracted. It's still the financial institution's legal requirement to disclose any credit inquiries and any fees associated with opening an account. That didn't happen. The lack of trust is enormous."
