"6/22/22 @ 3pm -They will not let me open an account. I've tried 3 times to open an account at this location and they state they are under staffed. The third time, I took along a friend that didn't believe me that HIS WF bank wouldn't open an account for me with 25k cash in hand, he was proved wrong. HE on my behalf asked for the manager, and the manager said, "that they were busy with an appointment in 45 minutes. That it was not possible to open an account in that time." Keep in mind this was when WF told me to come in because it was the least busy time to open an account. They suggested that I sign-up online for an account. I tried this as well, and WF online stated, that it with its infinite wisdom, it can not verify my street address. That I have to go to the bank in person. My friend and his wife shook their heads all day long Wednesday at their bank in disbelief. "This is the first time in my life I have witnessed a bank refusing to open an account with 25k in cash! I don't know how long we will stay account holders there. If it's that hard to deposit money, how hard is going to be to withdraw?" -DN"
"Had an old ATM machine that never worked, installed a new ATM machine that still no longer works, I believe they will never get this problem solved!"
