"Not the kind of place I want to review, but if you find yourself here anyways, this is the best you can hope for. Norman is beyond helpful and empathetic. He seems much more preoccupied with us as people than he does with the bottom dollar. I felt we could trust him with decisions and advice - which is not easily earned by me. All questions were answered, even if they were asked on repeat. Everything was clear. All requests were honored. Communication is 10 stars. This is the first time I've wished I could give more stars than allowed. He made dad look so good, it was an accidental, unexpected death - you know the call you hope you never get... I tend to mask in public for society but I was able to be myself, feel how I felt, ask whatever was on my mind and trust what I heard. I hope you never need to meet Norman but thats not realistic- so when you do meet him just know he's that guy and you're in the best possible hands."

Son August 11,2023 and Husband February 21,2024.It's hard to lose two family members with in 6 months but this family Norman Smith and Smith and Miller Funeral Home stood by me the entire time. They walked me through both funeral, they made it so sweet and special, they guided me every step of the way. We bonded and pretty much became family. We personally recommend Smith and Miller Funeral Home to anyone who's going through loosing a loved one. I love you guys and what you did for my Son and Husband will stay in my heart forever.
