"While I was a customer at the drive through, 2 employees carried on a conversation instead of processing my transaction. Wasted my time instead of doing their job. It took 5 times as long to complete."
"I would rate this branch with zero stars if I could. They are unprofessional, lazy, and incompetent beyond belief. When you tell them that you do not want overdraft on your account, they simply nod and then ignore your request. When you get a new debit card from them, they do it incorrectly and then cancel it without telling you and then proceed to act like it’s your own fault. Then when you get ANOTHER new card from them, they simply do not fill out all of the information, so that it cannot be used for online transactions at all. They also do not answer their phones at all, ever. I’m unsure of how much bank employees get paid, but I am certain that it is FAR more than they deserve."
"I have lived in Cedartown for 60 years and have never been treated like regions bank treated me. I had a check that was written to me by a friend that had an account there. They insinuated that I was trying to commit some fraudulent act kept the check and made me wait about 20 min to get my license back. Keep in mind that I don't have a criminal record and have never been in trouble with the law. They kept the check and finally gave me my license back. The next day someone took a check that was oked but not actually signed by the account holder and it was cashed in 2 min. Good job regions. I'm sure they can probably come up with several ways to justify what they did. I just wanted to let people know what happened to me."
"I made a mistake on my account and I called to talk to the bank manager about it and she was rude and hateful towards me. Talked to me like I was a criminal. My wife even overheard her and said there was no call for that. I was polite and never cursed one time because I knew I messed up. I just wanted to see were the mess up was. I ended up calling the main office and they were very polite and helped me find my mistake. I don’t fault them for a mistake I made but there attitude at the Cedartown office needs to change."
