"Ive been wanting to try a Dickeys incubator for a while now - purchased a used one that was in immaculate condition. It started having issues with turning so I called last night. I was on the phone with Mark Rocker a few times because Im not mechanically inclined by any means, and he completely walked me through fixing it. At 630pm!!! Who does that?!! Not only do I love my incubator but Mark and his mother have earned my business for as long as I raise chickens, turkeys and geese. Just had the incubator a month and have had amazing hatching results as well. You guys went above and beyond and it's greatly appreciated!!!"

"Last year I ordered a Dickies Incubator for this year's goose hatching season. Shortly after loading it with goose eggs I started having problems with the turner. The top tray would hang up in the back left corner. When it did release it would toss the eggs against the side and crack them. If this wasn't bad enough it would also crack the eggs on the far right side After many calls I was finally able to reach the new owner Mark Rocker (he never returned my calls after leaving a message). This man is very rude. He doesn't listen, he talks over you constantly. He wanted me to tear into the unit and fix it. He did agree to have me return it but I pay for the shipping. Hell, I paid $121 to get it the first time. I sold the unit with the buyer knowing the problems that I had with it. I don't recommend this company for their product or for their customer service. I am retired from retail management. I would never dream of talking to any customer like he did me. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere."
