"I got a ticket in May of 2024. My house just got flooded at the beginning of August. With my house being completely destroyed, I completely forgot about my court date until the day before. The clerk of court refused to reschedule the court date. I live two hours away. This lady needs to be terminated. Her bad grammar and rude attitude really leaves a bad taste in my mouth."
"By far the most racially profiled unprofessional idiots I’ve ever talked to like who hired yall? Is this a white collar inheritance place of business or what??? Please don’t get a ticket here they are pocketing funds with these over priced tickets! Knowing ppl travel through this small full of nothing town this is by far the only way they can make any money evidently!!"
"Honestly if it were up to me and not google they would have less than 1 star. This is the most unprofessional establishment I have ever seen in my travels. My wife was charged twice accidentally for a ticket she got and in attempt to get her refund she was met with unprofessional and ignorant people that were communicating in demeaning ways and that kept pointing fingers at each other and refusing to help her. After a day and a half of trying to get this issue resolved, she hasn’t been able to push any ground on this issue. It’s amazing that this county has as many stars as it does given its history in unprofessionalism."
"Called and asked why my ticket was higher on sheriff website verses clerk website and i wanted to pay. The 2 women were nasty mouths and rude. They need better Customer oriented people to run there office."
"If there was an option for zero I would go with ZERO! This has to be the worst I have ever encountered in terms of professionalism. The person behind the phone is absolutely rude and inconsiderate. Literally declines my call, is of no help and does not care about anyone else. I got a ticket leaving Georgia to head back to Florida per the hurricane and to this date can receive no info from anyone."
