"When you arrive, make sure to be on time for the appointment. The facility has restrooms and enough space for backing up. They will check the temperature of your trailer, so be sure to pre-cool it before arriving. They will also ask for the fuel levels of your truck and trailer, your driver's license, phone number, and the name of your carrier company. After checking in, you will receive a glossy paper token with your door number and further instructions. Once you see the second green light, return to the office with that token to collect your bills."
