"April at the register (Cross Keys Commons Turnersville, NJ 08012) was veryyyyy rude to me. I greeted her as she continued to completely ignore me- not one peep, not a smile, not a word the entire transaction including when she handed me my purchase and receipt. Very weird and very rude"
"I went into shop, picked out items, was standing in line (two lines unofficially formed) with one young cashier. After previous person was finished, the cashier asked who was next and the two women started to argue as to who was next. The cashier looked panic stricken since the situation was getting heated between them. I looked around for staff...2 were up front walking around, one was in front of checkout area stocking a shelf and the other was watching her. I had to tell them twice that one of them had to open another register or there may be a problem between two customers. One came over another finally opened the second register. The staff was oblivious to what was happening except for the young lady initially behind the counter. The staff have to be more aware of what's going on around them for the safety of the customers and themselves. MUST DO A BETTER JOB."
"Not the best store especially for pick up. There was a lot of "floor support" but still not that helpful. The pick up process is not quick which is unfortunate bc I like to do my shopping online, run in and pick up my order. Sadly, this is never the case with this location."
"One of the worst customer services we have experienced in a long time. The lady in the front was nice and helpful (one that walks around the store), hence 2 stars rather than 1. However, the register lady was unprofessional and unhelpful (not the lady getting trained, this is the trainer). As the line is getting long, she does not offer to help the customers in line, but rather is talking over the cashier getting trained to chat with the customer. It should not take 10 mins to check out a customer at the register who only has a few items. While we were at the register, the trainer showed annoyance and had attitude during the whole checkout process. Unfortunately we will not be back at this store, and recommend whoever wants to be treated normally (and respectively) to visit other bath and body works stores instead of this."
