"I recently had an unpleasant experience at the Calvin Klein store in Gloucester Outlets. As a loyal customer of this brand for years, I expected a higher level of service and professionalism. However, my recent visit left me extremely disappointed. Upon entering the store, I spotted a t-shirt that caught my eye. It was priced at $24.99, but there was a 20% discount advertised for that day (July 1, 2023 around 5.45 p.m.). I proceeded to the register and made the purchase, assuming I would be charged the discounted price. Unfortunately, this is where the problems began. Upon leaving the store, I glanced at my receipt and noticed that I had been charged over $32 for the t-shirt instead of the expected discounted price. I immediately returned to the store to address the issue. I approached the cashier who had served me initially and informed her of the mistake. To my surprise, she stated that she couldn't process the return and instructed me to wait for the store manager. After a frustrating wait I had a chance to talk to store manager.. I explained the situation to him and expressed my dissatisfaction with the incorrect pricing and the inconvenience caused. Instead of acknowledging the error and apologizing, the manager shifted the blame onto me. He claimed that the sale was for two t-shirts and insisted that I had to return the second shirt that I never received in the first place. This accusation was made in front of other customers waiting in line, which made me feel embarrassed and humiliated. Only when the initial cashier realized her mistake, after an unnecessarily long time, did she confirm that she had indeed sold me one t-shirt at the price of two. It was unclear whether this was an intentional attempt to deceive me or simply a careless mistake. Regardless, the lack of accountability from both the manager and the cashier was unacceptable. Throughout the entire ordeal, not once did the manager or the cashier offer a sincere apology for the inconvenience caused or the confusion they had created. Their insincere smiles and lack of empathy only added to my frustration. As a loyal customer of Calvin Klein, who has been purchasing from this brand for my entire family, I expected much better treatment and service. In conclusion, my recent experience at the Calvin Klein store in Gloucester Outlets was deeply disappointing. The incorrect pricing, the blame-shifting, and the lack of accountability from both the manager and the cashier tarnished my perception of the brand. As a loyal customer, it is disheartening to encounter such poor service and a lack of professionalism. I hope that Calvin Klein takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving the quality of service provided at their stores."

"The store is clean and had a variety of thing but the customer service was absolutely wonderful. I went in with my wife and we were looking for a button up shirt for a wedding. It’s always slightly uncomfortable to try on mens clothing as a woman but three different staff members helped us and were absolutely amazing. They were kind and helpful and made sure we found everything we needed. We will be returning because of how lovely they were!"
