"The staff here is amazing, they do what they can with what they have. But whoever is running this store needs to step it up in my opinion as a customer. I pass by here almost every day after work and they are always out of everything. They are always out of chocolate frosty’s, out of sauce and last week they were even out of straws and napkins. How does that even happen? I understand the sauces but the straws and napkins??? Again staff is great never had an issue there it’s just with how they are always out of the stuff I am trying to order. I also tried to call the store today to see if they had chocolate frosty’s so I don’t stop by again and they say they are out. But every time I called my calls were ignored and at one point someone did pick up and then hung up."

"It was a bit warm inside. I don't feel any cool air. The bun tasted a little crummy. There weren't any napkins. I asked for napkins and was told there were none. I was given 3 paper towels instead."

"Wendy’s refused to give me my order according to my Dasher. Granted, I know there may be some issues when it comes to ordering a delivery. But I placed my order around 9:30-10:00pm (they close at 2am) and it took 1 hour & some change and 3 different Dashers. The 3rd one had finally told me they refused to give him the order. I even added more to the Tip because I felt so bad they had to wait so long in line just to be refused service. So I’m assuming that the other 2 had the same issue. I feel so bad for the Dashers. I only ordered one meal just a burger, fries and a drink - nothing crazy. Seeing all these other horrid reviews, I will not order or go to this location until it drastically improves."

"Shout out to the employee who I specifically asked for the same color crayon toy in the 2 kids meals for saying yes and then giving me 2 different colors. It made for a *great* ride home and evening. Also appreciated was the ghost pepper ranch for my 3YO and the zero straws or spoons included in the bag for drinks and frosties."

"I called this location to see if they could fulfill a large order for my organization. I needed to know how much time in advance was needed to place an order of my size. I called the location on 5/23 at 1:02 PM and asked to speak with the manager to arrange a pickup for over 50 meals. When the manager answered the phone, I started to introduce myself and explain the purpose of my call, but the manager immediately hung up on me. I attempted to call back multiple times, thinking it was a mistake, but my calls were ignored. I then tried calling from another phone, and the person claiming to be the manager answered. When I asked for her name, she immediately hung up on me again. The service I experienced was horrible. I would not recommend anyone go to this location. The manager is extremely unprofessional, and their customer service is abysmal. If I could rate this location a zero, I would"
