"I see a-lot of people complaining about bad service. They all seem to be expecting fast food. This place cooks to order for the most part it seems. Don’t expect crispy chicken in 5 min after you ordered. I went to this location for the first time at 8pm on a Friday (walk-in). I ordered 1 combo and 1 sandwich. I waited about 15 min (to be expected with cook to order establishments). Within that 15 min I watched the staff service 5-7 massive take out orders and a large walk-in order. I received my full order. It was hot, fresh, and exactly what I was looking for. The staff was vibing, there was a good movie on the tv and they were playing some music in the kitchen. They looked like they were having fun at work while business was booming. Nothing wrong with that in my opinion. Ill be back. Only mistake made was I didn’t order the atomic sauce on my sandwiches. If you really like spice, the original hot may not be enough for you."

"Missed a whole order of wings that I ordered online. Was placed on hold for over 10 minutes. They picked up again and I listen to the staff attend to other people for another 5 minutes before hanging up and calling again. Just to be hung up on. After calling back another 5 times finally got a hold of the manager, ELI, he proceeded to tell me that I couldn’t get a refund unless I brought all the food back to the restaurant or be put on a list to claim the missing order within the week. He was absolutely unprofessional, making assumptions and getting an attitude when they are in the wrong. Absolutely ridiculous, and more training needs to be given pertaining to customer service. Will 100% be following up with corporate. And Eli, you need to learn your policy, to get a refund you have to go on the website and request it."

"Wings were delicious! Pricing is decent! Music was too loud. Dining room not super clean! And fries aren’t very good. They were dry."

"Ordered upon arrival! There was an 18 minute wait to have everything fresh. The chicken sandwich was pretty good! The wings were fried good, but could've been a little crisper for my liking! The garlic in them is basically flavorless, though. That would be my only real complaint. The fries were seasoned, and I wasn't disappointed with them."
