"It’s okay never get my order right or when we say thin sliced. Always chucks and the weight is always off I work for ShopRite as a deli and I expect my stuff to be right now me walk back and then you guys do it right the second time ! & the new owners has the lunch meat in Handel plastic bags looks very unsanitary & no dates or nothing wrapped properly. Stopped going there because of the owners. Never anything on shelf’s looks empty. Need the old owners back asap !"
"Cheeseburger meat was dry with no flavor. I put all the condiments to make it tasty. Still no flavor. The bread is chewy also. Cheesesteak small and also dry. The employees don’t look the same. All new employees and owner smh no longer a customer"
"I feel like you pay more for less food..definitely the skimpy bag of chips when Dave was there the sandwich platter was $8 now I pay $9 for 10 chips with my sandwich.The sandwich is great but can we get our chips back please.My daughter paid $30 for 3 sandwiches can we have our chips please.Not that tiny bag our ruffles.Also Dave made homemade pickles they give you less pickles and they are not that good.."

"It's disheartening when a beloved establishment undergoes changes that don't live up to its nostalgic reputation. It sounds like the new owners of Hoagies Plus haven't quite hit the mark, especially if the quality and portion sizes have noticeably declined. It's particularly disappointing when a long-time favorite fails to meet expectations, like your experience with the corned beef special tasting off and the hoagie feeling skimpy compared to what you remember. Hopefully, the new owners can take this feedback on board and work towards recapturing the essence of what made Hoagies Plus a cherished spot for so many years."
