"They have automated ordering system we chose something simple, yet the mechanisms doubled the order. For example instead of one nuggets meal plus another box of nuggets converted it into two whole meals with large fries and large drinks... And since we used the automation they couldn't change it."
"I used my reward app. The sausage egg and cheese croissants were lukewarm. The cheese on my second sandwich was so hard and was disgusting. I threw it out it was that bad . I would not recommend Burger King at all. It was in deford on Copper Street. It was a very bad experience, and I would not recommend it all."

"I never eat at Burger King but I was hangry and disappointed that it took 15 minutes to take my order. She kept saying hold on then come back 2 minutes later. Then we would give her another bit of our order for her to tell us hold on again and be gone again. I think they are short staff. I came to the wrong fast food place it should be called slow food. The girl that took our order also came out to hand us our food and is waiting on the counter inside the store. It's a shame and sad that they don't even have enough employees. I will say I had the fiery fish sandwich and that was deliciously crispy and flavored so I gave a star for that. Bye Burger Prince."
"This place is horrible and customer service sucks. I ordered 2 double whoppers bread is hard and stale. My drink was old no ice they gave me a drink that another customer didn't want. The drink was watery with no ice. I absolutely hate coming to this place. Every time I come it is always an issue. But the customer is expected to pay these high prices and can't get quality food. This my last time coming here. Just wanted to post this because I never complain but this it beyond ridiculous. They don't even give you a receipt so you can complain or get a refund. Don't waste your time or money go to another Burger King."
