Loaded nachos, loaded tater tots. Sampler jawn The steak sandwich was not only quickly prepared it was perfect, the cheese was nice and gooey and the seasoning was present and not over the top. Served up on a sesame seed roll. Very generous portions"

"Nick and the gang really know their stuff! Lots of local (usual pub-type) favorites and tasty custom sandwiches with great flavor combos! Never had a bad meal from these guys and my go-to is the Gianna. These cats are the only place around that doesn’t over-cook chicken or flat grill it beyond enjoyment. Every hunk of chicken or beef I’ve eaten from their kitchen has been juicy, hot, and temped to perfection and their fried fare is never greasy or limp always crispy and flavorful. In a time when prices hardly make sense these guys are able to provide a good, consistent product without gouging the customer. I’ve read the unsubstantiated claims in the “hater reviews”—these guys are running a legitimate business out of a local established canteen and supporting it while abiding by all local statutes. NJ government runs a tight ship and these guys are a model for it. If you’re in the area and looking for solid tavern-style eats and don’t mind supporting the local veterans organization, drop in and give them a try you won’t regret it! I highly recommend putting a Phat Jawn in your mouth! Cheers! Remember, a good review is the most difficult to get because good service is the expectation. These guys deliver."

"Came in today and got a chaffle and loaded fries and this was some of the best food I’ve ever had! The sauce on the chaffle was delicious and had the perfect amount of sauce to drench the Sammy. The fries were great, plenty of wiz 10/10. Nick was very nice :)"

"first time trying Phat Jawns. i got the Phat Classic Jawn. it comes with Marinated Ribeye and Cooper Sharp on a Liscio seeded roll. meat was tender and extremely flavorful. the Cooper Sharp added even more flavor and was mixed in beautifully. i got mine with fried onions; they were chopped small and blended in with everything just right. fantastic ratio of ingredients. staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, looking forward to going back and trying the rest of the menu!"
