"I like that the establishment was clean and the staff were extremely professional. The fries are very good, soft and not so crunchy that you feel like you're biting into large chunky chips. The burger was tasty. My only issue is that when we ordered the red pepper sauce at the drive through the lady forgot to mention that they charge 50 cents for it. It's not too much but it was a surprise to see the amount on the receipt and it would be nice to know that you charge for sauce."

"The place is nice and clean. I ordered a spicy chicken and veggie burger. Veggie burger was very good but they forgot to put add avocado ( was charged for it). Please check your order before leaving store. Spicy chicken burger was raw. I would give 4 out of 10."

"Char burgers are fresher, have better ingredients, no “old grease” smell or taste. Pretty consistent so far. Better burger for less money than Wendy’s whose profit margin seems likely to take a hit with this new place nearby."

"Honestly I can't really rate the food or the service, and here's why. Tonight was my first time trying out this fast food chain. It was clean, well staffed and seemed like a nice place. Did a quick look at the menu board before heading to the restroom to wash my hands. The restroom was very clean. The auto soap dispenser worked fine, the auto sink however did not. No water, just soap, no paper towels, just a blower. So no way to get rid of the soap now covering both of my hands. Used my jeans. That was annoying. I went out and let the manager know. That neither I nor the staff could wash their hands since there wasn't any water, was ... concerning. Moving on, I went to the kiosk to order, but you can't order without giving them your phone number. Why would I want to give them that? Why should I have to? And you can't order without giving it, according to the kiosk. What if I wasn't carrying my phone? That was it, I left. So not such a stellar first impression of The Habit."
