"Terrible Bank. DO NOT TRUST THEM! My mother is a Vietnam War nurse Veteran. These people have locked her account down and held her money. My mother holds a car loan with them. They have been paying themselves and milking the interest for THREE years now. The money has been in the account to pay themselves off. They will not contact us. My mother has dementia. My name is on the account with her. I have tried to no avail to get this taken care of. No one will call us back or message us. I told them via message I was going to go to local gov't and social media. This is my first stop. My mother deserves more respect than this bank is giving her. I thought they were here to help not hinder. Caring for my mother for the past three years has been hard enough. I thought this would be over or work itself out. All they are doing is putting more undue stress on a tragic situation. If you are elderly or sick or caring for others DO NOT TRUST THIS BANK UPDATE: I have been contacted by a bank employee to let me know that Risk Management will call me back. This is where it stops everytime."

I was struggling to get refinancing on an auto loan, and Kimberly Stull, and the ladies in the consumer loans department were very helpful and receptive . "Don't go to this location for member's services. When I got there they had 2 people in the offices. 10 minutes later one of the ladies left without saying a word. At this point there were 6 others waiting in the lobby. 45 minutes passed before I got to speak to anyone. Before I realized how long I'd been waiting, it was too late to go downtown. The number of people waiting grew to 10. I shouldn't have listened to the lady at the corporate office, and should have just gone straight downtown."
