"Turn around time for embroidery is good with the amount of work shown strewn across the store. Around $10 a patch to sew on and bring cash as they don't like to pay their card machine fees."

"Had emailed all my questions regarding fixing a bad patch on leather and embroidery. I got an email they needed to see patch and yes the embroider leather here are hours. Left home super early got into shop sent to back and was told oh it will be extra to do it this way and get what I want … not my issue I was like sure extra $50 no problem if it looks cool it’s not cheap so let’s do it … oh no you need to come back another day can’t do . Ok how about embroidery oh no way same day …. Really could not have shared in the email. And I will look but won’t fix patch I drove over an hour made a special trip on a Thursday, oh just come back is not that easy Very disappointed in how this was handled You never mentioned how busy or to expect delays. You needed to see an item. Yes I could have helped later I believe I was told wait till 5pm it’s 10 am and I am over an hour from home. It would have been appreciated to have said be aware while we need to look at the item we are usually a day or two booked and there will be a wait Just bad communication, but it was my time and gas to come far out to a well spoken of word of mouth place among some friends I know who ride so I will share my experience with them too"

"Last Year Mimi Came To My Rescue Regarding My Gown For My Brothers Wedding. The Gown Came In The Mail In The 13th Hr. It's SlitWas An EXTREMELY High Slit... She Took The Time To See My Jn It & Discussed What I needed Done While She Took Some Mental Notes & Pinned The Dress In Places She New Best To Pin. I Was Permitted To Bring My Own Fabric (I Chose Lace) To Fill The Gap. She Went Above & Beyond To Accommodate My Time Sensitive Schedule. She Even Made Some Noticable Corrections I Hadn't Considered B.c The Bust Darts Were Apparently Floppy & She Reinforced Them As Well As Let Out The Dress A Little For Booty Space & Allow ForBetterMovement, Lol. It Was Perfect & So Was She!!! I'm So Glad That I Was Recommended To Go To Her. It's No Wonder Why Everyone I Reached Out To, During The Emergency, Collectively Directed Me To Her. The Shop Is A Family Business She Runs W. Her Son (If I Remember Correctly). Lastly Note That It Can Be Entered From Outside Of The Market Which Makes Accessing The Store So Much Easier, Especially When The Complex Is Closed."
