Easy Pickup and Drop-Off

Simply redirect your FedEx package to our location for pickup. Once your package is ready, you’ll receive a notification. Bring your tracking number and ID for a seamless experience. For drop-offs, ensure your package is securely sealed, properly labeled with a FedEx Express or Ground shipping label, and meets the size and weight requirements (under 55 pounds and smaller than 48" x 25" x 25").

No Extra Fees

Enjoy the convenience of picking up or dropping off your packages without any additional fees. If you have a pre-labeled return from an online purchase, you can easily drop it off at our location.

Package Holding

Packages are held for up to 7 days. After this period, uncollected packages are returned to the nearest FedEx facility. For assistance with returned packages, contact FedEx customer service at 1.800.GoFedEx (1.800.463.3339).

Important Details

- We accept most FedEx Express and Ground packages, including international shipments with a U.S.-originated address.

- All packages must be pre-boxed, sealed, and labeled before arrival. We do not provide shipping or packing materials on-site.
